The most recent edition of the Community News Magazine is in production. Learn more about the unique programs offered in the District; how students, faculty and staff are committed to service at home and abroad and much more. This publication is released twice a year and captures the good news stories throughout Wellington Catholic. All families with students attending a school within the District receive a copy. If you no longer have children of school age and still wish to receive a printed version at home or delivered to your place of work, please sign up on our home page. ​The Wellington Catholic School Board and the Ontario Catholic School Trustees’ Association is pleased to announce that Marino Gazzola, Chair of the Wellington Catholic Board, has been elected as President of the Ontario Catholic School Trustees’ Association this past week at their Annual General Meeting in Kingston. This is an unprecedented honour for the Wellington Catholic community as this is this first of our trustees to accept this major provincial responsibility.  OCSTA represents the trustees of all 29 Catholic School Districts as they serve over 600,000 students in the Province of Ontario.

Leadership in this organization is pivotal in the challenges ahead. Marino brings experience, commitment and a collaborative style that will serve the province well in the challenging times ahead.

He remains as Chair of the Wellington Catholic District School Board.​
